We are partnering with a leading international engineering and consultancy organisation delivering some of the most complex and high-profile data centre projects across Europe.
This is a Zurich-based opportunity offering full ownership of end-to-end design delivery, close collaboration with international experts, and direct engagement with key clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) business in Switzerland.
?? The Role As Senior Design Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, design-led data centre projects from concept through to completion.
You will manage large multidisciplinary teams and take full responsibility for ensuring technical excellence, programme certainty, and strong, long-term client relationships.

- Lead and coordinate large, multidisciplinary internal design teams across all project phases
- Act as end-to-end Project Manager within a design consultancy environment
- Manage clients, subconsultants, and external stakeholders
- Ensure design quality, technical integrity, and alignment with project objectives
- Control programme, budget, risks, and overall project performance

? Profile
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline)
- Proven experience as Project Manager within an engineering or design consultancy
- Experience delivering complex design projects (Data Centres or Mission Critical environments preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through influence in technically complex environments
- Fluent German (highly preferred) and strong English
